Getting started is simple. Our three‑step placement process ensures every resident is a good fit for our homes and can safely meet program expectations. Each step is designed to make placement smooth, transparent, and efficient.
Step 1: Intake Form
Complete the intake form with basic information about the individual seeking placement. This helps us understand needs, background, and availability so we can match the right home.
Step 2: Assessment
We review the intake and contact the resident or provider to confirm eligibility, expectations, and readiness for placement. This step ensures our housing is the right match for the resident’s level of independence.
Step 3: Application & Verification
Once eligibility is confirmed, the resident completes the application process, including background check and income verification. This final step secures placement and prepares for move‑in.
Start your placement with confidence - we make the process clear, quick, and dependable.
